How quickly do I get my merchandise?
We use Post Danmark and DAO for shipping, and for this reason, you will usually receive your merchandise 1-4 business days after placing your order. The vast majority of orders leave our warehouse the same day or the day after the order is placed.
In rare cases, a product may be sold out from our supplier, which will delay your delivery. We always strive to notify our customers if this is the case.We always ship in neutral packaging/envelopes. The only thing visible on the shipment is the name of the sender, "thecontainerbarber.com". On the statement you may receive from your bank in connection with your payment, it will also just say "thecontainerbarber.com / TCB Original", which is our company name.
What happens if I’m not home when the mail is delivered?
If your package is sent via Post Danmark, and the mailman brought by your packet in vain, a notice will be left in your mailbox, indicating the post office where you can pick up your package. Therefore, you should always contact your local post office and ask if they have your package, even if you have not received a notice. If the package is not picked up before the indicated deadline (normally 14 days), the package is returned to us. You will then receive an email from us once we have received it back.
My order says shipped, but I haven’t received it?
Your package is most likely at your local post office. Occasionally, the mail man forgets to leave a package notice in your mailbox, or the notice may have been lost with the junk mail, etc. You can get your package at the post office by showing valid ID. After about 14 days, the package is returned to us.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we ship to almost all European countries. Please note, however, that a fee is added to the order according to the total weight of the order. Read more about shipping abroad. For shipments to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, or Norway, you pay no VAT on the merchandise. The VAT is not subtracted, however, until after the delivery address is entered. You may want to check the totals on the "Order Overview" screen before entering your credit card information.
Can I pick up my package at the warehouse in Odense?
Yes, during the ordering process, you can select pickup at our warehouse, which is free. You will then receive a message by mail when your order is ready for pickup. You can pick up your package at our warehouse in Odense: Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
What do I do if I regret my purchase?
You have a 14-day right of cancellation, counting from the day you receive the merchandise. You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to accept the merchandise, unless you also expressly notify us about your decision. You notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 53 700 990. In your notification, you must communicate clearly your desire to invoke your right of cancellation. You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you are cancelling the purchase. You must bear the cost of returning the item, and you are responsible for the merchandise being packaged carefully:

I received the wrong merchandise, what should I do?
If we accidentally sent you the wrong merchandise, we ask you to contact us by email or phone. We will then send you the correct item immediately. If we want the wrong merchandise returned, we will send you a postage-paid return label.
