The automatic ordering system at thecontainerbarber.dk sends the customer an email that contains the agreement between the company and the customer. Furthermore, we store the agreement, so you can request it later by email.
All prices on the website are listed inclusive of all Danish fees, duty, and VAT.

If you pay with a debit card, you are always safe from misuse. This is because you are able to reject a payment when you receive your statement. You have no deductible in case your card is misused in an online shop using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Thus, you are more secure than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1200 when your debit card is misused by using the PIN.

According to the Purchasing Act, you have a 24-month right to complain on all merchandise. The right to complain means that as a customer, you can complain about defects and deficiencies in the product that arise as late as 24 months after the purchase. If the complaint is justified, you can either have the merchandise repaired, exchanged, get your money refunded, or get a reduction in price, depending on the particular situation.

You must complain within a reasonable time after noting the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be considered timely. When the complaint is justified, we refund reasonable shipping costs you may incur for returning the merchandise.
Remember that the merchandise must always be returned safely packaged, and get a receipt for shipping, so we can refund your shipping costs.

You have a 14-day right of cancellation, counting from the day you receive the merchandise. You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to accept the merchandise, unless you also expressly notify us about your decision. You notify us firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 53 700 990. In your notification, you must communicate clearly your desire to invoke your right of cancellation. You may also opt for using our standard cancellation form and return it with the merchandise. You find the link here.
You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you are cancelling the purchase. You must bear the cost of returning the item, and you are responsible for the merchandise being packaged carefully.
When the merchandise has been returned and the right of cancellation is invoked, the merchandise can only be accepted when returned in largely the same condition and quantity as it was received. Therefore, the right of cancellation is null and void if you use the merchandise in a way that clearly decreases the resale value of the merchandise significantly. Merchandise excepted from the right of cancellation
You lose your right of cancellation if:
- You break the seal on merchandise not suitable for return due to infection control or hygiene issues.
- The purchased merchandise is assumed to deteriorate or become outdated quickly.
Condition of returned merchandise:
you are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the merchandise due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the merchandise.
If the merchandise is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when cancelling your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price refunded, depending on the resale value of the merchandise.
Thus, to receive a refund of the entire purchase price, you must do what you would be able to do in a brick-and-mortar store. You may try the merchandise, but not actually start using it.
Refund of the purchase price
If you regret your purchase, you will obviously get the amount you have paid to us refunded. In case of decreased value for which you are liable, this is subtracted from the purchase amount.
If you avail yourself of your right of cancellation, we refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (although not extra costs due to your own selection of a different shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date when we were notified of your decision to cancel this agreement. We process any such refund through the same payment method you used during the original transaction, unless you agree expressly to something else.
We can withhold the refund until we get back the merchandise, unless you have previously provided documentation for having returned it.

VAT refund for export goods
You can apply for a VAT refund for merchandise we have delivered to a Danish address, and which you then export to a non-EU country. To get your VAT refunded, you must send us the original invoice with duty stamp by standard mail. This must be received by Thecontainerbarber.com no later than 2 months after the merchandise being exported from the EU. In addition, please provide your Danish account number. For each invoice for which a refund is requested, we charge an administrative fee of DKK 100, which we subtract from your refund.
As a member, you will receive our regular member letter. The member letter contains information about the company and its products, relevant offers, etc. You only receive the member letter, if you have expressly joined as a member.
